Question - a little worried

Hi

I'm currently being "babysat" by the crisis team after a little blip at the weekend. They have arranged for a doctor to come and see me at my house tomorrow.

It just occurred to me that if you are physically ill, it is nigh on impossible to get a doctor to come out. Does the same apply in the mh arena? Should I be worried?

Secondly, I'm not sure whether I can speak to him as the last psych I had was pretty damning and being one of those people who just remembers all those things people say, all I have in my head at the moment is one of her throw-away comments. It is really doing my head-in. As if I don't have enough c**p in my head at the moment. Apparently he is nice but I will have to wait and see.

Sorry, that probably doesn't make sense - haven't had a tremendous amount of sleep recently.

Hey I'm sure it will be fine, they are there to help you.
The last person you saw upset you but keep in mind they won't all be like her :) Give this guy a chance and try and let him help you.

Hi no reason,

I fully agree with becky, I think you shouldn't read too much into something that may never happen, it may well work out well. Don't forget that these people are professional and "should" know how to approach and conduct themselves in front of their patients, so the last thing they should be doing is being judgemental or frustrated with you.
