I have CONSTANT headaches that have been happening for about a year...they are just ridiculous...one of these days my head is going to explode or i will be forced to rip my own brain out.

WHY???

does anyone have the same headaches....it feels as if my brain is trapped inside a vice....please help

Hi, i've had the same thing for a while too but it doesn't sound as bad what you have.
There are a lot of things which can cause headaches.

Try looking at the food you eat, maybe keep a journal related to what you eat and how you're feeling in relation to when you get headaches.
It might help you see if anything's triggering them.

A lot of my headaches are caused by back and neck tension. Could that be causing your's? I go to an oesteopath sometimes, which helps.
Headaches can also be caused by stress and anxiety.

Have you been to the doctor? Because it's probably best you do.

Yeah...i went to the hospital about them and they referred me to a neurologist but they didnt really know what it was about, and that sucks as painkillers dont work on it. I tried Kalms in case it was due to stress but they didnt work.
I am thinking about telling my dr that i think i have depression and then seeing whether she thinks the headaches have anything to do with this.

The problem is i REALLY dont want to talk to the doctor as it is making me feel really nervous and sick and amking me want to cut.

Does anyone have advise on seeing the doctor because right now it is the thing i least want to do ever :S
