I only ever post asking for help ehn I'm drunk, ewhich is like now. I'm sorry I kust can't stop. I don't even think I want to cut, buut i can't stop doing it.. I'm sorry that I'm so useless. Someone please help me (again, please) I'm so so sorry for wasting everyone's time

Asking for help can never be taking up someone's time, especially mine. It's addictive. We all know that. But It can and will get better. I can't really tell you how I know this, B/c i'm not cured yet either. Youre jsut gunna hafta trust me when I say that it's not over and you can always pm me or w/e for help. It's no bother at all.

hey claire, *hugs* hunni...please don't apoligize for posting thats what ryl is here for to help people through the rough times and you help people all the time hun and you deserve as much support as everybody on here does...was there anything that may have triggered you to think like this?? hun try and resist from cutting if you don't really want to( i know it can be hard because your addicted to it), try and keep yourself distracted...i know it seems impossible now but the feeling will pass with time and subside to something you can control until then stay on here and distract yourself by the distractions page or pming someone or you could try and get some sleep or you could try and dp spme excercis or write or draw dance listen to some music anything that will stop you from needing, never feel bad for posting hun we are all here to support each other please hang in there....pm me for anything
