I got this idea off my Mum's youth group. You say something 'crappy' that's happened this week-and then something 'happy'. Put as much detail or as little as you want!
I'll go first-
crappy; I won't be able to wear dresses/shorts 
happy; I finished Silent Hill 4:The Room, which 'caused my Sister to sleep with her bedroom lights on henceforth I could take the mick all day!

Crappy = Having to go into school for all of an hour to re-sit a NAB. Was pointless.
Happy = My prom was this week and I went with my arms showing and no one said anything about my scars =D So therefore, I worried over absolutly nothing!
