No, it wasn't eaten.
But you need to eat, Romp. Being properly nourished can help you deal with feelings more stably. Really it can.

Honey, Im worried about you. You need to eat. Food helps you get through the day, not only energy but food effects your moods too.
4 weeks of not drinking is great news. Wow you are really doing it. I think the craving gets worse before it gets better. You should start to feel better.
You dont need to loose anymore weight, your like a stick already. Be kind on yourself. You need food to live honey. Maybe if you were eating the cravings wouldnt be so bad. Its just a thought and worth a try honey
I tried to catch you on MSN but your not answering, your probaly too busy honey with something else.
I do care a lot
IM here if you need me

Hiya Romp,
At the risk of being an aa cheerleader, there is something I learned there that may encourage you.
HALT stands for hungry, angry, lonely, tired. I personally don't do hungry. Tired is the worst for my moods. I turn into a total witch.
So you don't have to eat a lot. Just some, on a regular basis. Whichever meal you like best is fine. I wake up hungry, my biggest meal of the day is often lunch, then I just have a light supper unless I get ambitious and cook. Don't count on me cooking.
Getting laundry done is a fine goal. I say that my day isn't a total waste if I don't drink and take care of the cat. I'll wash and dry the laundry but it takes me like forever to fold it.
I'm so glad that pharmicists know their stuff! If something will make me more likely to sunburn I need to know about it and doctors don't usually think about that. When I declined a prescription for cough syrup with alcohol and a stronger drug that quiets the cough, the doc asked why. I told him that I'm and alcoholic and that if I have to sleep poorly, that's okay, my sobriety is more important.
Hang in there.
Please let me know, here or PM if there's anything I can do to help. I've been there and I know how hard it is.
*Gives you a great big soft cherishing hug*

My husband is my best friend.
In forgiving others, we are not exonerating them. They may not deserve exoneration. Rather, in forgiving others we are giving up our anger over the fact that what happened is not what "should" have happened or that our life is not the way it "should" have been.
