Need help please... Don't exactly get what I'm doing :)

Hey girls and boys,
I just had a couple quick questionsabout RYL...
How do you Private message someone and also how does the chat thing work?? I'm sure it's incredibly easy but haven't been able to figure it out:P

[concrete girl]

To private message someone, you can click on their name beside a post, e.g. my username 'concrete girl' appears to the left of this post. A little set of boxes will pop up and one of them says 'Send a private message to concrete girl'. You can click that and it will take you to another page where you can send a private message.
Alternatively, you can click 'Private Messages' at the top right of your screen (right below the RYL logo & navigation bar). On the left hand side of the page that pops up, there are a bunch of links-- one of them says 'Send New Message'. You can click that and it will take you to another page where you can send a private message-- this way you will have to enter in the username you wish to send a PM to, but there's an autocomplete tool that will help you out.

As for chat-- I think it's having some difficulties.

The chat link is either in the top navigation bar at the top between forum and shop; or at the bottom of the main forum index (you can also see a list of the members currently using chat there). At the moment however, the chat rooms are facing some technical difficulties. It is still open to use however some options that were previously available seem to be broken. However, this problem will be fixed soon and a new chat system will come into place. I hope you enjoy RYL and gain as much support as you need. Take care and feel free to post in this forum again with any questions.... we're all happy to help

You can click on someones name and choose 'send a private essage to alyssa.star' or whoever it may be that you want to send the PM to. Don't worry you'll get the hang of it hun xxx
