when I first took chlorpromazine it interected with another med I was giving me "postural hypotension" - low blood pressure on standing up.... basically I spent a weekend falling over, I'd say fainting but I didn't lose conciousness... just as well I was in the hosp anyway.
thats a bit extreme, but what you're describing does sound like the chlorpromazine, maybe speak to your doc about reducing your dose til you get used to it? I used to find it a good med for anxiety
