I GOT IT!
For those of you that read my last post, I got the promotion. Everything I worried about was a non issue! I'm so excited but SO nervous. I'm going to be dealing with mental illness on a daily basis. There's just a whole new set of rules to learn. My director told me that if this ever causes me "angst" (which I'm assuming is due to my own issues) I need to tell her. She also said that my boss is really proud of me. No one really tells you that at work so it felt good. I know I haven't really been posting regularly during my time as a member here but you guys have put up with my posts so I wanted to put a positive one!
