What the **** do I do?

(Apologies for anything incoherent in this topic)
I think I really, really need professional help. I'm suffering from hallucinations, which I can feel, see and occasionally hear and I also hear voices. It all started around 3 years ago and it's gradually getting more concentrated and worse. The past few months have been hell for me and I don't know how much more I can take of this.

I'm also having a LOT of trouble with anxiety and I believe I have social anxiety.

There's other issues I have but I made a really long topic about it in serious discussion the other day and that's not what I'm here to say. I need professional help but there's a massive problem with this. I'm also a female-to-male transsexual and if I talk about having problems with hallucinations and other such things it's going to jeopardize my chances of future treatment. Which I also need. What should I do?

I feel for you, that must be a difficult one to decide.
Can i ask what stage in trans you are, if at all?
Which do you feel more in touch with in terms of your health? Your transgresion or your mental health.
Why not try talking to a counsellor, they are not obligated to mention any of these things to anyone in the medical or mental health profession and might be able to help without jeopardising your future treatment.

I agree with pinkunicorn.
If you are mostly through the trans then perhaps you can hold out till it's completed. However, if you are having serious mental problems are you still certain that the trans is what you want?

if you feel you need professional help then i strongly suggest that u find out bout gettin some.
3years is long enough to feel this way and be alone feeling it.
it is hard work to work thru issues but it is worth
it in the end.

Ever since I came out, ever since I started being the gender I am it's greatly improved my life. It's made me a LOT happier and gah -- I can't really explain it. But it's something I would NEVER give up. I'm not very far along, I've been presenting as male 90% of the time for about 2ish years now and I've been sure for about 4, with an idea that something was wrong before that. I'm having my name changed in a few week and I've been referred to a gender clinic.

I think I may see if my college next year has a counsellor, I think it's the only think I can do right now.I think your other question has been answered above.

Adam do you have any friends you can talk to?
Anyone you can tell everything to? I think you need a hug.
