Pramipexole

Hey a quick medication question here for you guys


I'm due to start this drug next week, if my GP is willing to prescribe it.

I saw the psych today and he's gone over the side effects and a few of my concerns. I've googled it and found out what I can and I'm going to give it a shot


I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has been on this for depression?

It's a Parkinson's drug and is still very experimental for depression (hence my GPs reluctance to prescribe it without consulting the psych) but I figure this is a pretty large community so maybe someone had been on it for depression?

Just wondering if anyone's tried it and how they found it?

I know that side effects affect everyone differently, I'm not looking for advice on that, just wondering what peoples experiences are?
