why am i lacking motivation?

I don’t know what to do at the moment. I have heaps of homework that I have to get done this weekend but its hard for me at the moment to get motivated because of my mood swings that I have been happening. I don’t know why its so different for me at the moment. I cant get motivated, all I feel like doing is curling up and crying. Why cant I get motivated at the moment?

Try and take it step by step. Focus on one thing at a time. Don't try and look at ALL you have to do. Start with one thing. And take a break in between each thing. Take some time to cry if you need. There are many things you have a right to feel sad about in your life. Give yourself little treats when you manage to get a piece of work done.
Its hard, but if you take it slowly, not insurmountable.

Hey, i don't have anything useful to say but i jsut wanted to let you know that i'm having the exact same thing at the moment.
