Can I ask a question?

Okay. So. I have no idea. I've been thinking about this for a couple of days, but I'm not sure. So I was wondering if you guys could tell me if this is an anxiety attack or something... ? Please.

So. Monday morning I was going camping for a couple of days. I didn't pack my medication the night before because I was going to need it the next morning. But then I couldn't find it anywhere. I was in the car ready to go and I just went "omg..." I was like **** **** ****. I jumped outta the car and basically tore my room apart like 5 times and couldn't find my pills anywhere. I panting (I guess), light headed, dizzy, I was shaking so much and just couldn't think. Eventually my ma managed to calm me down and my pills were like right there, and yeah... It took me ages to calm down as well.

I dunno. Help?

Thanks in advance.

I agree with Katie that it sounds like a panic attack.

If this is the first time it happened then I can understand how scary it is. How are you feeling now and did you enjoy camping?

My husband and I are fortunate enough to be able to travel alot. When we go we try to pack our meds ahead of time. We also pack a couple of extra days worth in case we don't get home as expected.

Last October we visited my pen-pal who lives in Ontario Canada. My pen-pal has a three year old child. We put our month worth of meds in a lockable tool chest and kept it locked the whole time we were visiting, unlocking it just long enough to get our meds. This child is smart and curious and we didn't want anything to happen to her. She did find my husband's contact lens case and the problems with that were explained to her as quickly as we could.

My husband is my best friend.

In forgiving others, we are not exonerating them. They may not deserve exoneration. Rather, in forgiving others we are giving up our anger over the fact that what happened is not what "should" have happened or that our life is not the way it "should" have been.

Fun =) And yeah, it's the first time.

Camping... was fun. I enjoyed it. We were going for like 3 nights but ended up coming home after the first cause one of the tents basically flooded. The whole north island had like 24 hours of solid rain. It was wet everywhere.

I need to be more organised, like you. I would have packed mine ahead of time, I think, but these were my last tablets. I probably should have gone to the doctors before I went away, rather than today.

Nope. I'm only on anti-depressants. I probably should have mentioned it to the doctor today, but I didn't really want to. I dunno... =)
