I haven't shown anyone any of my art in a while, so thought I'd go for it and post some so here goes...

This is 1 piece but it was too long for 1 photo.. done in acrylic

flower done in acrylic

flower in oilpastels

rose in pencil

my eye in pencial

lilly in coloured pencil

and finally, self-portrait in acrylic.

The anatomy's a little off, I thought, which made your first painting look a little too incomplete for my tastes. The other drawings are all fantastic though. Your technique is amazing and I love your use of detail. The flower in oil pastels is amazing, and the lily is really beautiful. You've got a lot of talent.

the human body was never really my strong point, and i accept that the painting isn't overly fantastic but hey, it's good enough for me.

If you wanted to, I'm sure you could get really good at the human body. It just would take a bit of work. I'm nowhere near as talented as you when it comes to drawing, I can see that from those few images you've shown us, but I can make the human body look relatively realistic because I've done a lot of practice on it. I'm not saying you'd want to or anything, just that if I can, you definitely can. It's really rewarding when you get into it.
