Chat is turnign up as a X

I try to go to chat, but its only a red x, and i been in there before and never did that, any ideas?

And installing the flash player plugin for your browser (uncheck google toolbar though as you wont want it)

hmm, think i have had version of flash, but not good one, but still was letting me in, and ijust tried that link and it not working,t ried it before andwo uldnt work, so i just keep trying i guess, thanks.
