chats not working :(

chat won't work for me :( and i've tried reinstalling flash anyone have any idea why it might be? *update: it works in ie but not mozilla? :-s

it pops up with the loading 0% but then doesn't advance, im pretty sure its something to do with flash but i cant figure out what.

Did you restart your computer after you reinstalled Flash? Do you have the latest version of both Flash and Mozilla? I'm using mozilla, and it worked just fine for me, even with this horrible rainy weather that likes to disrupt our internet signal!

I use mozilla and it works fine for me - check on the flash site manually to see if you're using the most up to date version, as well as Mozilla as said above.
Otherwise, right-click where it says loading and see if you can get any "Error details". That might give more information as to what's wrong.
