Headaches???

I have a constant headache i have had it fr months i went to the doctors and they didnt have a clue, they blamed it on me smoking but i dont smoke!!! then they blamed it on my eyes but i wear my glasses and yet i still get them sometimes even worse... any idea what i can do or what it is?

Yeah. I sounds a lot like what i have. The doctors also didnt know what it was and i went through seeing neurologists, having blood tests and then seeing opticians. They never really did tell me what was wrong, but they thought it could be down to stress, or tension headaches. I have since discovered that they are probably a side effect of my depression. I perhaps recommend that you look into this. PM me if you want...

is it in certain lights?
have you had your eyes tested since the headaches started?
