why have i been waiting for it? simple reason... i heard that there is a story arc through series 2 about an impending invasion... think "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" and u r not far wrong and i was hoping that there would be some element of it in the trailer

The Doctor Who one is fantastic, I hadn't seen that before. I'm just excited that there's ood.

I didn't like last series of Torchwood, but that trailer is interesting.

Absolutely love Torchwood and Doctor Who. Saw both trailers on Christmas Day - best thing about the day itself if you ask me. Anyone heard when the series will start yet?

Torchwood is a spin off of Doctor Who - an adult version is how they marketed it. Aliens, ongoing story lines, violence, s*x, destruction and saving the world (often simultaneously). I would ssay you need at least a little background knowledge of Doctor Who to understand it completely, but without the knowledge it is still enjoyable.
