If you added up all the money in the world..
..and then added up the value of everything that is possessed by someone - like buildings and cds and that.
Which would be higher? Because we spend money on services as well as stuff, but then the same money buys stuff severeal times... I don't know.
I'm too tired to think. Anyone hazard a guess? anyone know?
and if one was higher than the other,
that'd be . . . weird.
Hunger only for a taste of justice, hunger only for a world of truth, for all that you have is your soul.
Huh? I don't quite understand, but that's probably me being dense.
Would all the money in the world equal one person's worth of poossessions? I wouldn't have thought so, there's a lot of money in the world.
Or would all the possessions owned by everyone be more than the money in the world?
I don't quite understand, but I'm not really sure if you can measure how much money's in the world. It's all pretty complicated, or at least it seems it!
I mean: All the physical money in the world added up VS all the value of possesions which have been bought by anyone across the world. (as apposed to possesions which havent ever been bought like the sea and the sun and random fish).
Hunger only for a taste of justice, hunger only for a world of truth, for all that you have is your soul.
I have no idea but really nothin really has any value on earth except things like diamond and gold... without them there wouldnt really be a currency system or you could argue without humans there is no valuation system therefore the people would win cos they exist for there to be a value to things.. Im too tired and I think i just rambled on worthlessly
I WILL FORGET THOSE THAT HAVE HURT ME
BUT I WILL NEVER FORGET THOSE WHO ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME
A lot of money these days isn't physical money. Think of mortages for one, it's all done electronically, I don't think there's enough money in the world for EVERYONE to have in physical cash, everything that belongs to them. That and the fact that certain things rise in price all the time and well, it wouldn't be hard.
basically its the liquid value of all our possesions vs all the money in the world.
It would be material possesions because like whats been said before, half the time its not real money, just digets such as money in your bank or your mortages. If everyone in the world sold everything they owned and tried to withdraw all their money, there would not be enough.
Let me be the one you call
If you jump i'll break your fall
Lift you up and fly away with you into the night
If you need to fall apart
I can mend a broken heart
If you need to crash then crash and burn YOU'RE NOT ALONE
But...you couldn't...because things keep getting made...and money keeps getting made...and mortgages...and insurance...and all that. It's lyk. Impossible. What a confusing question.
"Be nice. Think happy thoughts. Champion silver linings. Love all things (not just cute things like babies and kittens) & when you do love - love like they do in power ballads (you know like on a cliff with the wind in your hair and your eyes shut, knowing you'll never know love like this). Watch out for dog poo. Smile at people - even grumpy ones. Remember anything is possible & whatever you do always try to look on the bright side."
i would have thought that the value of property would exceed the amount of money. You can now buy things that you dont have the money for. Property goes up in value as well. Pay 250k for a house now and it could well go up in the next few years.
I think possessions would be higher due to people still owing money - borrowing money through finance on mortgages & cars & credit cards. That's the reason Northern Rock went bust - because they handed out so many loans to people & they just couldnt pay it back.
Well content loves the silence, It thrives in the dark, With fine winding tendrils,That strangle the heart,
They say that promises sweeten the blow, But I don't need them, No, I don't need them...
