havent taken my meds problem

I havent taken my meds last night becuase i wanted some clarity on things and I dont want to put on weight, but now things are starting to go funny. I dont really know what to do, if I tell anyone they will go mad with me.

umm, depending on the meds not taking them can cause alot of problems with your body, i think mad or not you should probably get to the doctors... i know you dont want to but this could be dangerous

If you've got meds to take you should take them, you're causing yourself more problems by not doing I think.

I'd say take them and then go talk to your doctor about how you feel they're affecting you. It may be that they could alter them so you don't feel that they zone you out so much. I have changed mine for that reason.

had to call the doc, he came right round and gave me some traquillisers to take so real sleepy now, but the world had started to go really strange and distorted. I hate the fact that I have to take meds, wish I didnt. But anyway, so the doc came and then sent my support worker along. We chatted for a while which was good. They are going to see what they can do about the meds, I said it's affecting my creativity.

Sometimes it takes some doing to get the right medication. It took almost a year and suicide attempt to get mine sorted.

If you had a broken leg would you hate wearing a plaster?

I dont think any of us like taking meds. The thing is that sometimes we need them! I know theres stigma attached and i know that they can make us put on weight and the like but as someone said to me on here last year, the weight can be lost when i come off them. Its a small price to pay for getting better!
