i have become a terrible cutter. every time i cut i need a dozen or so stitches. i just know i cant live like this. i emailed my dad and asked him if he would help me go to a treatment program like SAFE alternatives, which i tried but i was manic at the time and got kicked out for being too unstable). anyways, i don't know what he thinks yet (i need his help in getting transportation covered) but i was wondering if people knew of any other self injury inpatient programs in the US. im not sure how i'd feel about doing texas again. ty.

You may want to look into that one. I know that SAFE Alternatives also has a location in Illinois now as well. The US unfortunately does not have many more specialized programs for this... but most hospitals with psychiatric wards will deal with it accordingly... so maybe you want to look into those more locally?
