You mean i dont have to cover mine in glow in the dark spray paint anymore? Hoorah - its about time, i think shes getting a bit silly from the fumes, keeps on running into walls lol.
see i want one of them glow in the dark pigs, my biology teacher was telling me about them a month or so ago
If only you'd ever speak to me
the way you once did
look at me the way you once did
pull to me the way you once did
but you don't
you don't feel anymore
you don't care anymore
it's all gone
it's all gone
When would pigs ever be under UV though? Cats are understandable, they are night creatures and UV is the colour of the night - i also have 2 of the same in my room lol But pigs?
Messing with genetics freaks me out. Stuff like this can only end badly.
Yep, let's keep our cancer, aids, spinal defects, bad vision, mental illness, wisdom teeth, short life span, etc. Perfect just like god made us. ;)
I'm not sure if that qualifies as "glowing." Glow in the dark items contain a small bit of radioactive material which emit energy in the form of visible light, these cats just fluoresce under a different wavelength like a white shirt, or even cat urine/human urine, etc etc. It's amazing how many bodily fluids fluoresce under UV. But anyway, cool cats. I don't think I'd want one though.Emperor scorpions, which are black, also fluoresce bright white-blue under UV light, very neat look. Like so.

This isn't exactly what I meant; I think you took my words a bit out of context.
I'm all for advances in medical technology to treat illnesses and conditions like some of those you listed. I'm even ok with procedures and processes than many people view as taboo at best, sins at worst. (Stem cell research comes to mind as an example.) However, I fail to see how something like this is beneficial to humanity. Cure for cancer or AIDS? Good for it, full steam ahead. A glow-in-the-dark cat? Why?
Ha ha - i went to a local club recently with a friend, the club is well known for being Uv covered head to toe (if it can have a head and toe).
My friend went off into the toilets with his new 'friend' and came out glowing and not in the blushing sense - i didnt tell him why people get on laughing. Is that bad? lol.
