I can't stop cutting, I can't stop eating. I hate myself more than I can express- I don't want to go to class- I'm too disgusting. I have to go. I can't explain right now. I don't know what to do. I can't handle this.

I'm sorry that this is a pointless thread.

First of all, eating is nessarsary, you are not disgusting and this isnt a pointless thread as you are asking for help.

Hey, sweetheart.

First off, please don't apologise for posting. If you're feeling like this, it's good to post and get things off your chest. Just talking and letting feelings out can sometimes help, so please don't think it's pointless.

If you feel like you can't stop cutting, please remember that RYL is here to distract you. The Fun and Distractions forum is designed for exactly that, so instead of cutting, you could go and spend some time there. Or, maybe, go for a walk, take a bath, or listen to relaxing music? Remember that you *don't* have to give into the urges. You're stronger than that, even if you don't feel it right now.

You're not disgusting. I can relate so much to feeling like that, but you have to remember that how you view yourself isn't always true and, as much as it may feel like it, that isn't how anybody else sees you. Why do you hate yourself?

Is there any reason that you feel you can't go to class? I'm assuming that you either went or didn't go, because you posted this thread a few hours ago.

Can you tell us how you're feeling right now? Do you know why?

Hey, I'm really sorry that you feel so bad. Is there anything you can think of that set it all off? Maybe if you can find the root of it then it will be easier to deal with. You're not disgusting, you seem like a great person. This may seem really empty from someone you don't really know but I've seen your posts and replies and you seem really nice and caring. Please, don't apologise for posting and PM me if you want to talk.
