RYL General Election!

Who will you vote for on Thursday? Presuming this will give us highly accurate predictions since we're a completely representative sample...

You are welcome to vote in this election even if you are not in the UK, this is an inclusive site!

Please only vote for one actual party. Votes are anonymous but feel free to declare your answer in the thread.

Honestly I want to vote but the options are crap!
If only more lesbianz was a political party....
I'm also very glad you didn't include the party that is basically UKIP in disguise!

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!

Who else is fine?!?!?

If everyone wants a more lesbianz party then you're going to have to go out there and create one!

Ooh, so curious about the ‘other’ and also who isn’t voting! Obviously there’s no requirement to share, though I’m happy to put my name to one of the Lib Dem votes and also, naturally, MOAR LESBIANZ

Also by my count someone only voted Moar Lesbians, which I admire.

I am the other Lib Dem vote. I feel a bit more secure in that now a sensible, well partially sensible, person like you is also thinking this way.

Lib Dem or Green for you then Camden! Also SNP I think are good (they only stand in Lindsay’s country) and I just went to investigate Plaid Cymru (only in Dawn’s country) and they seem really decent on trans rights. And I just spotted a little section on neurodiversity in there, specifically supporting people with ADHD in the justice system which seems really good.

Oh, on research, Eddie Izzard is actually in Labour. I would NOT describe them as trans-friendly. Like, they’re better than the Conservatives but the party is still riddled with transphobia and chronically obsessed with trying to keep the terves on side.

I voted the Do Not Intend to Vote. Not because I didn't want to but the fact I was on holiday on the day of election. I tried to apply for a postal vote but found it too complicated. In reality I would have selected the cannot vote if it had been option on the poll but that was the nearest option.

That’s really worrying that applying for a postal vote wasn’t accessible. I wonder what can be done.

There might be organisations that can help with this. We know there are differences between countries. But here there are definitely places you can contact who will help you with that type of stuff if you need it.
