anyone else cut in "unusual" places?

i have cut pretty much all over my body, but lately i've been focusing on an unusual part. i feel like i'm the only person to do it in such unconventional places. i have nerve damage in my arms, wrists, thighs and calves and i barely have any sensation there so i seek out the places which i can still feel. i feel like there's no hope for me anymore, since i couldn't even leave the rest of my body alone...

I used to try and think where I could cut without someone finding it. I had thoughts about cutting in some unusual places.

There is still hope for you even if you doubt it. Self harm is addictive and it's a hell-like struggle to quit. You've found a way to cope that's obviously worked, though it isn't the best. Desperation doesn't help either. What you're going through is understandable and there's countless who can relate, myself included. As a human, you have the ability to change, you only have to want that change for yourself, too. Would using less damaging tools/items help?

I hope you're able to find some ways to cope alternatively. Take care the best you can.

Hi all, just to say that it's absolutely fine to seek support about feeling like the only person to cut in unconventional places but please can we avoid mention specific places as this could potential give people ideas of places they hadn't previously considered self-harming.
