Does anyone have any experience with BPD

Hi, I am new here and just looking for some support and wondering if anyone has ever had any experience with BPD. I was diagnosed with it a long time ago but still don't have a very good understanding of it. I know if affects everybody differently. :)

Hi, I have BPD. Do you have anyone involved in your treatment? What symptoms of BPD do you relate to? You don't need to have all the symptoms to have the diagnosis. What sort of things do you want to know? Is there a professional you can ask? We're happy to answer your questions here too if we can.
