What is Dialog+ and a Safety Plan Please?

Has anyone came across Dialog+ or had to complete a safety plan? I’m now off section but after being under section this week I have been told I will have to have both of these? Thanks for any insight.

Dialog + is just a long arse list of questions. It takes forever. I'm sorry i cannot remember the questions exactly. I always found them very tedious though.
Safety plan they will ask what the signs of you getting unwell would be, your coping strategies, list of people you can call when struggling, who to call if you find yourself unable to make decisions about your care....stuff like that. Also tedious!

A safety plan is all about knowing your triggers or beginning to know and acknowledging them and for each trigger, coming up with a distraction or something positive you can do to help you through that trigger. Sometimes even calling someone to help you with things you could try or talking through the trigger with them is completely OK too and can help a lot!
