Has anyone ever felt this way? It happens to me almost all the time. How do you guys cope with it?

I am currently:

I'm really ****ing awful with being harsh and jugdemental towards myself. But i am trying to be mindful of it when i am and sometimes when it feels really difficult i try to speak to myself the Way i would speak to my friends' kids. Encouraging and kind and with the empathy i would meet a small child with. Most of the time most of us feel lost like small kids anyway and sometimes it helps to adress the part of us that feels scared and vulnerable and needs reassurance and love. Being kind to yourself shows strength and resilience.

It takes time. Like it has taken time to get used to automatically being hard on yourself. But it's definetely not impossible to change the Way you speak to yourself.
