hey hun, that is very scary. I've only had that happen once, that was enough for me!
Do you currently have a doc/psych/couns. of any sort? If not i think it would be a great idea to try to find someone. You deserve some help thru this.
Pls try to keep safe and let us know how you are ok?
pls take care

I had a doc I could go to but when the money the army gave me ran out I had to stop going. I've had a sore throate for weeks now trying to save up enough to get my tonsils taken out.

I'm just scared for next time.

Is it better to do it and let it out then to try and try to stop and louse control. (not getting into details) I'm a Medic so theres alot I can do for my self but If it had been a little worse, I would of had to goto the hospital.
What if its worse next time!!

This is scary!

I would say that if you're going to do it it's better to do it little and often rather than leaving it to the stage you did. Dom't think that it may be worse next time because it mightn't, if it happens it will happen, but if you do that you may be worring unnecessarily.

Hope it's not so bad next time.
