They are great, I've used them a good deal, and set tons up for corporate clients of mine. The newer Blackberry 'Pearl' is no bigger than a typical phone, but great for emailing.
If you're not a Microsoft Mobile Windows device fan then Blackberry for the win! :p
Look it up on Google and there should be some good guides to how they work. I think they look rather confusing cos there are so many buttons! Great if you're a business person who needs access to emails and organiser and such though.
