Online consultation / pyschologists

Hiya

Has anyone had any success with online 1-1 appointments with psychologists / psychotherapists? With registered UK docs & ability to refer to consultant psychiatrists if need be?

Really not sure what to look for - I had a quick google about and there's a lotta misinformation and I'm not entirely sure which sources to trust.

Hey, sorry I don't have any experience with this but maybe if you could speak to your GP they would know of therapists who do online therapy and would be able to give you information and possible feedback from other clients. The main thing is making sure someone is an accredited counsellor/chartered psychologist I think. Good luck.
