Being poisoned

The aliens are trying to poison me. I drank what is supposed to be pineapple juice for breakfast. It tasted vinegary.

I also had strawberry conserve and toast for breakfast. That tasted vinegary.

Now I am scared that the aliens are trying to poison me. They put implants in my food and drink using vinegar to disguise the taste. I can only eat sealed food which I have opened myself to avoid contamination. The trouble is that it's mother's day today and we are supposed to go for a meal later. How can I cope with having other people cook for me? How do I know that my food and drink isn't being poisoned?

In the news lately there's been a case of a former Russian agent being poisoned with a nerve agent. If the government can do it then aliens can.

What makes you think that aliens would be poisoning you?

In terms of managing other food, would it help if when you were with family you ate something that they were eating too? That way you would feel reassured that if they are OK to eat it then so are you.

My day was stressful. I was using my ipod a lot because that keeps me calm.

I managed to have a meal. I had a glass of wine and then shared a bottle with my mum. The first glass tasted vinegary but my mum said her glass of wine was fine. I had a different starter to my family but that tasted fine. My main course only one part tasted vinegary but it wasn't very strong. My mum and I had the same dessert and it made me feel better.

I know that it's aliens because the voices have told me in the past when things have tasted vinegary. Also I can't think of any other reason why I am being poisoned.

The only way I feel safe is by having the same food as the rest of my family so that they can taste it first. But that's not practical because I live on my own. The second way is by having sealed food that I open myself and not have any strangers cook for me. I have worked in food factories in the past so know how difficult it is to poison food that has come from sealed packages. But if a stranger cooks my food then they could poison it or add extra ingredients or implants. Also recently Prince Charles has told me that there's going to be an alien invasion. I have been told that the aliens want me as their ambassador. Hence the aliens want to track me and why they are putting implants in my food.

I managed to eat some food today and it tasted normal. I really don't know what is happening here.

Everything I ate yesterday and so far today tasted normal. I feel a little bit less convinced that I am being poisoned although I am still a bit suspicious of food. I am meeting my friend tomorrow in a local cafe so if I can eat non sealed food and drink then I know that I will be ok. I am also seeing my nurse tomorrow so I will mention it to her.

Yes I mentioned it to my nurse. She didn't seem too concerned about it. Prince Charles has been also sending me messages lately whenever I see him on the telly and I told her about that too. Everything tasting vinegary is a sign of me relapsing and she didn't mention IP or even seeing my psych.

I went to see my friend and I had non sealed food and drink. Even though I had to trust the barrista to cook my food and I couldn't see her cooking it I was fine. Everything I have ate and drank since my last post has been tasting normal and I no longer believe that I am being poisoned although I have only been eating familiar foods which I know what they should taste like.

I had pineapple juice and toast with strawberry conserve today. From the exact same bottle and the exact same jar as last week. Both tasted normal and non vinegary. I really don't know what went on there. Anyone got any suggestions why other than being poisoned?

Have you been unwell? Sinus problems? Acid reflux? There's also some research online of acid taste perception changing during the menstrual cycle.

There are probably loads more likely things it could be instead being caused by poison.

Sometimes I get a thing where water tastes of deodorant. Happens when I'm a bit stressed about something. Could that be it?

Nonperson I haven't been unwell but I have been recently on that time of the month. Perhaps that's why everything tasted weird. I also had slight period pain which is unlike me. Maybe that's the reason why. When I originally posted I was bleeding.

Aubergine I haven't been stressed except for when I saw Prince Charles on the telly.
