Kicked out of college need some help

Hey, i'm 19 from the UK and i was studying level 3 IT but sadly due to reasons i was late quite a bit and now i'm getting kicked off and i have no idea what do since i can't sit around doing nothing for another year and this is my last year for free education. I did my level 2 in IT last year if that helps but i really don't know what to do. I OD'd 4 times last year and managed to get by but its only been a month and i'm screwed. I ended up smashing my phone and self harming and considering suicide again, my parents are suggesting i try to work at tescos/post office that kinda thing but i can't imagine my self doing that for the rest of my life. Can anyone give me some sort of direction where and what i should do, thanks.

I'm sorry, I'm not from the UK so I don't understand how your school system works, but I do know what it's like to have the one thing you thought you would do with your life taken away. My dream was taken away or at least postponed significantly because of a hospitalization. Maybe do something that you can tolerate that will help you pay the bills and then find a way to volunteer or take a class in what you're really passionate about. I really wish I could offer advice what to do about school, but please know you have other options, and you can live just as good of a life as you had dreamed of, even if it's different.

What support do you have with your mental health? Would you be able to do a further course this year if you were able to have support from the college disability service? Maybe you could take some time out to save up to do another course if you've used up your free education, you might also be able to get funding towards another course. If you ended up doing shop work that wouldn't mean that you'd be stuck in that for the rest of your life, you could use it as a temporary measure. I agree that volunteering can be good and that can enable you to get into some careers because it gives you relevant experience.

I know that things are up in the air just now but you can move forward from this. Please look after yourself and use any support you have.

Have they explicitly said they are kicking you off? Or have they said if t doesn’t improve they will take you off the course?

Are they aware of your situation? And have they taken measures to help you? If they don’t k is it may be worth sitting with them and discussing the issue to see if you can find a compromise. Colleges are usually very understanding of personal problems and are willing to help where possible.

Can you speak with the college, have a meeting to go through what you need in place to study again.

I was in a similar situation, you could probably try apply for ESA, which is what I was on, and got didn't have to pay to finish off my course.
If they have a financial adviser at your college, try and speak to them about it maybe?
