PIP admit Capita have a bonus for failing claimants.

This is part of a letter I got from PIP, where they admit there is a bonus scheme by Capita for failing claimants. It also states that Capita don't make the decisions on whether a person passes or fails, which would beg the question, why would they get a bonus? Because their views do form a huge part of the decision process, otherwise we wouldn't have to go through the bs assessments in the first place. I swear they think disabled means stupid :|
Anywho, I got this by putting in a complaint and demanding the information under the FOI act. If you are in the same position then maybe this info will help in some way.

When she transformed into the butterfly,
the caterpillars spoke not of her beauty, but of her weirdness.
They wanted her to change back into what she always had been.

But she had wings.
