Coping with a depressive episode.
My mood has been slowly getting lower. Yesterday it really crashed.
I've been tearful and irritable. Yesterday I had a meltdown and had to go for a walk to stop it spiralling.
I'm struggling with motivation. The last few days I've been struggling to find any enjoyment. It's hard to concentrate and know what to say to people.
I recognise that this is probably depression. I just don't really know what to do.
Could do with some support and ideas
