Changing medications

I'm in the process of switching from Fluoxetine to Sertaline.and have decreased my Fluoxetine dose and started Sertraline 2 days ago. Yesterday I didnt notice anything but today Ive felt quite low in energy and am having a bit of difficulty concentrating. Has anyone else experienced this when changing medications?

I think that you should be discussing this with whoever prescribed it in the first place. Chances are it is a one off but if it doesn't then seek medical advice.

It takes a couple of weeks for the new drug to start working, and a couple to have the fluoxetine leave your body. It's probable you're experiencing a dip in blood levels of fluoxetine and the sertraline hasn't fully kicked in yet.
