venice to me was a magical place... no cars, great food, glass and amazing people.I want to go back and stay there for longer... take the atmosphere in.i wish the beauty of venice could be captured by camera but the photos do it no credit.

Your Venice photographs want me to go back now, so much so!
Paris photos are brill; problem is, it's so over-photographed it's difficult to get an original shot - but you really caught the one of the Louvre so very well, it's stunning, Jane. Looks like a bit of a grey day for the Eiffel Tower? Still works very well!
I also love how you caught the contrasting architecture in the first one of Venice, absolutely brill.
Had fun? x x

the photo of the eiffel tower was taken on a dull day but after waiting a few hours to get to the top it was sunny :| but had no time to take photos on the way back to the hotel.
Thanks again

It still looks really good, though - it almost adds depth, rather than just having the blue background. But that's such a pity! Buttt, you did get to go up, which must've been quite exciting :)
I can't stop coming back to look at these photos, Jane, they're really good.

Really nice, Jane. :)
I have a shot at an extremely similar angle, of the Eiffel Tower! I like the angle that the picture of the Louvre is taken from, and although the Sacré-Coeur picture doesn't do much for me, perhaps because I've seen too many pictures of it, I love the contrast of the pale stone against the very blue sky.
As for the Venice pictures... I want to go! x
