Try concealer now, but maybe ask to have three quarter length sleeves in the future; get a plain white top. They prolly want you to wear no sleaves because your working with food, but I am sure that they will come to some compromise or exception.
Take a long sleave tee with you and ask them, I am sure nobody will notice, people really are very unobservant. and can you imagine someone really coming up to you and asking what they are? People dont usually have the balls if they have only met you once. Also, I have several cats is a good excuse, or if you think they know and are just being nosey, say you had a fight with the lawnmower.
