Aspartame linked to MS like symptoms.

Aspartame is a sugar substitute used in diet and low calorie drink, and also in low calorie sweeteners.

There have been a lot of tests done on it recently, and its come out that too much aspartame can cause a person to have MS like symptoms,

this website explains it better than i can.

anyhooo.. if you drink a lot of diet drinks and suffer from fatigue, depression, memory problems, dizzyness or any of the following (clicky)
it might be worth cutting them out a bit and see if it helps.

-end-

Aspartame is like anything else - its perfectly safe in moderation unless you are severely intolerant to it. It's when people over-do it that it becomes a problem. But yeah, if you have symptoms of aspartame intolerance, try cutting it out and see if you feel better. I limit myself to one diet soda a day max and Its not a problem, but if you drank litres of the stuff it would probably mess you up!

Thanks for the info.

Scary.

My friend tries to drink diet sodas but ends up going back to regular sodas. She will seriously go through 12 cans of Pepsi a day, so if she were drinking diet Pepsi she would probably be having problems. :|

Mm. My mum goes on about it all the time.
She thinks it's 'the cause' of my depression.

To be honest, I think it's a load of crap. I don't drink many fizzy drinks, let alone low calorie.
It's also in some junk food.
It's a load of gay.

LET US EAT WHATEVER THE HELL WE WANT.

Within reason.

How far can you send emotions?

Hehe. I just did a huge biology paper on artifical sweeteners. ....but I can't decide if I think they're all that bad or not, execpt aspartame does seem to get a lot of bad reviews like this.

(Aspartame=Equal) For anyone who wanted to maybe know.

(:
