hi just after some advice information if anyone can help please

what does i mean that i have the capacity to take medication or not

what does it mean that i dont think i need the support from nurse but i am ambivalent about it

what does it mean my eye contact was variable

what does it mean my insight into my mental health remains limited

had a review by psyche and nurse....

Capacity to take medication means if you are able to understand why you need the medication and know enough to consent and to take the correct dosage. So if you did not have capacity it would mean you would be too unwell to understand your medication.

2nd one not too sure

eye contact variable means that sometimes you kept good/normal eye contact and other times you did not.

insight into your mental health being limited means that you do not fully understand your illness and how it affects you.

I think it would be a good idea to talk to your nurse and psych about the review and the questions you have as they can explain properly.
