I cannot stop shaking
I am on Lithium so Tremors but this is extreme . I've not accidently taken extra. I don't know what to do. I don't want to sit in A&E as Anxiety Issues and it's an hour away ( Rural Wales ) . Plus even if I could get on a bus ( Again Anxiety ) it'd take me 20 minutes at least to get to the bus stop and the bus will be gone in like 4 minutes . I don't know anyone in this town so no lift. But yeah , getting scary.
Edit : I should say I'm under stress and my Anxiety is through the roof.

Carmen , to quote Slipknot " The Stress is Astounding" . When I'm like that I do take PRN , but in that state of mind safely is far from my first concern . Ambulances are a very last resort , even in one it's almost an hour to A&E , it's in another county.
Also my treatment 'Team' is one MH SW who can only visit rarely due to the fact he is half of the whole treatment team in the the biggest county in England and Wales , Budget cuts right into the bone here . I no longer even have a Psych as My old Dr's replacment triggers me stupid and the cmht won't offer me any other Dr even though I said I'd meet anyone else. Long story short , RYL is my treatment team.
