I am currently:
My CMHT put me as "Did not Attend"

"Did not Attend" as in just didn't rock up , twice , where in all actuality when I receive an appointment in the mail that I cannot make I have cancelled promptly . It's hardly my fault that the Admin , SW and Dr don't all work together and pass on messages , nor is it my Fault that they choose to send appointments 2nd class about 10 days before the appt date so I've only 4-5 days max to cancel.

My New GP told me today I have been marked as "Did Not Attend" for the past 2 Cancellations . It does seem that they are trying to lose us lower risk patients by loading our records against us in a Money saving exercise as the are heamorraging money and staff left, right and centre .

Beyond Peeved.

At least I try my new (Old) GP.

I suppose you could always write to them to explain, it seems very unfair to put you down as not turning up when you did everything right and cancelled in good time.

I agree with Amaranth, I would write to them and explain. Not your fault they can communicate between each other. Maybe next time you cancel an appt, write down the time and ask for the persons name. So if it happens again, you know who you spoke too.

Could you contact them or your GP contact them and explain the misunderstanding and fight for you to go balc under their care.
