Do you know what's making you feel alone even though you have people around you?

I don't know what to suggest, other than wondering if there's a way you could try to work on becoming more okay with your own company? I know that probably sounds impossible if it's something you're really struggling with. Maybe start with small chunks of time and make alone-time something positive, do something nice for yourself, or something that you enjoy but don't get to do very often? Make sure you balance it with time spend with other people.

Stay alive, feed yourself well, wear comfortable clothes, and don't give up on yourself just yet.
It'll get better. Until then, have a day."

Hey, I am really struggling with my BPD too. I just got out of hospital but they discharged me before I was ready. I am trying to keep myself busy too. Do you find talking on here helps? xx

talking on here helps to an extent, but so far the only real escape i have is sleeping. i could do that all day and all night if allowed lol. but thankyou for your repiles. Ghost, i had the exact experience you did. i was admitted into hospital a while back and only got to stay three days, as my "borderline crisis" was over! I was at this point, burning my wrist with cigarettes and really depressed. Sunshine, thanks for responding, im sad you are also feeling this way. i wish i could wave a fairy wand and you would all be ok, Hannah too.

Hey,

I know what you mean about sleeping, I think I would stay in bed all day if I could :/ Yeah I always feel like the hospitals don't want to help anyone with BPD :( They just throw you out before you are ready!
xx
