I am currently:
struggling

I'm really not coping well at the moment, I haven't been this bad for a really long time. I got prescribed Temezapam which helped me sleep last night but it doesn't take long til the anxiety comes back. Its gotten to the point where its impacting on others and thoughts of SH came back the other night..just needing support I guess

Things sound really hard for you right now. Has anything in particular made the anxiety worse? Anxiety can be so consuming but there are strategies you can use to help you manage it. Are there any strategies that you find helpful? If you need some help thinking of some strategies, happy to try and help. Hold on there, it is hard but you will make it through this

Its a weird mix, I keep alternating between being really down and really anxious. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to manage this?

Have you ever been taught cbt?

Cbt is supposed to be good for low mood and anxiety. Might be worth asking for from your Dr.
