Schizophrenia and bpd

They think I have schizophrenia as well as bp has anyone else got this combo there doing tests on me with eegs and ct scans I keep asking about it but they won't tell me much it seems like secret and I don't know why they won't talk to me about it does anyone else have schizophrenia what can help with the halusnations as at the moment the walls are breathing and the voices are telling me that my meds are placebos and the mental health team are laughing at me. Im in a therapeutic community witch is 4 days a week for the bpd so that part doesn't bother me if you get what I meen but they can't do anything about the voices and stuff so idk

Do you mean bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder when you say bpd?

I have schizoaffetive disorder and and EUPD diagnosis. I know how hard it is to manage the two, even though I don't really meet the criteria for BPD anymore - I still struggle with the more self destructive thoughts and urges.

Although they're not specialized in voices and hallucinations your TC team should be able to offer you some support with this. Have you spoken to them about it?

If not, you might be able to access some support from Mind if you have one in your local area.

Do you have a therapist? Talking to them about it might offer you some guidance and support whilst you're waiting for things to be assessed.

Imperfection is underrated.
