How do I build a support system for myself?
I have been in a relationship for a year and a half with a great guy. Throughout our entire relationship I have been working on my mental health, but it has been very difficult because my support system consists of him and one other friend. I don't know how I can reach out or how to tell who I can reach out to. I have seen the strain I put on my boy friend as a problem for a while, but he just brought it up for the first time last night. Any advice on how to find people to add to my support system?
