The voices

I have been physically unwell for the past few days. The voices have been worse than normal. They have been telling me to refuse my depot on Wednesday. I am also going for a blood test on Wednesday and they're telling me that they are going to inject poison during the blood test. In addition they're telling me to prepare for an alien invasion on August 16th this year. They're also telling me to refuse to see my psych because he is an alien in disguise (he is foreign and I have an appointment with him in several weeks time). They are also telling me that I am going to be an alien ambassador.

All of this is stressing me out. I can't cope with the responsibility of being an ambassador. Heck I have trouble going out of the flat never mind warning strangers.

What can I do? I really don't want to bother my cpn until I see her on Wednesday. Should I take prn? I have clopixol tablets and diazapam.

It sounds to me as though you know these thoughts aren't real as otherwise you wouldn't post this thread. Nevertheless it is best to be honest with the doctor about how you are feeling. He/she isn't there to harm u they are there to help you. Maybe print off this thread and show it to them?
