What's it like in a group home and/or a long term hospital?

Being in a long-term hospital sucks. I've been in hospital for 4 years. Try to avoid it if possible. If you want to know anything else just ask.

I spent a year in a specialist psychotherapy unit for people with challenging behaviour.
I'd say give it a go.
It's worth it if you think it will help you.
