i feel like i dont fit anywhere
I just feel really lost and dont know where i fit in here life anywhere . Things are a real struggle i can only ask for help so many times tell my cpn and doctor i am not ok . I feel like i am losing myself the doctors say i am dissociating but that dosnt help me . I just feel alone and scared all the time . I have no one in real life i can say this too as people let you down or use whatever you have told them against you :(

I am so sorry you feel like that. Its not a nice way to feel.
I have been there and because I did get better I then realised that people really do care and people who are in your life instead of the internet life.
Depression and mental health problems lie to you.
Sorry I this doesn't help. I really hope you feel better soon and find someone you can trust with talking to. It sounds like you could benefit from it. Xx
