Hello
Hello, I am new to RYL, but not new to depression. I am struggling with things at the moment so decided to come online and see what the web has to offer with regards to help and support.
I'm sure I am not alone in feeling alone when the black dog comes calling. It is strangely reassuring knowing that there are others feeling as **** as you, some worse and some not quite as bad.
