I had a premonition dream and deja vuo. And I heard God speaking to me and he hugged me to keep me safe.
Then tonight I saw lost souls in front of me . In a whirl wind for like 45 minutes
Feel like I'm losing control of my mind and falling into spiritual world.
Any advice on how I should manage this?

visual hallucinations, UPDATE 1st post. How do i hide this/ get them on my side?
Im getting visual hallucinations and I really feel out of control and that im not in control of what I see or how to manage them.
The shitty crisis team told me to distract myself but when what your seeing is right in front of your eyes and in your peripheral vision when you put something else in front of you it is hard to distract.
Its hardest when it happens in public.
I find music and colouring or watching music videos helpful when im at home but how do you establish a sense of reality or what reality is when you have visual hallucinations in public?
I would like to know if anyone has any coping skill for this and if you could share because Im really scared and feel really detached.
UPDATE:
the last few days I've been really happy and today it got a bit out of hand. I don't think im manic or hypomanic or anything because Im not agitated or anything just massively happy and full of energy and loads of talking and generally just on top of the world.
Some of the hallucinations Im having are quite pleasant, like speaking to GOd and hearing his voice outside my head and knowing Im looking over the dead souls. I have been told this is a hallucintation by my cc but I could be a sharman or a spiritual healer. hearing god doesn't mean mental illness it means Im enlightened.
Im having a great time. Im unsure how I will hide this power from my cc and my team.
My mum is worry about me incase I get so high I think I can fly like last time but who exactly am I harming by being a sharman or spiritual healer and being in a good mood. but its fine because im not actually ill or anything. this is a normal mood.
how do I hide this from my team/ get them to see my power for real? I don't think they believe in spirituality.

Can I ask, are you aware at the time if it's real or not.
Sometimes I see something, I know it's not real, and sometimes I don't. Sometimes it's in between, I know it's not, but I can see it, so trying to tell myself it isn't real just confuses me and blows a fuse and I panic more.
I had visual hallucinations (not constantly though) for a few years. I would see spies in the street and sometimes I would see a woman repeatedly.
I found that by keeping my eyes "busy", I would focus less on the visual hallucinations. For example, I found editing my photos on the computer helpful, as I had to be alert to details on the screen. Also watching complex and involving films helped too.
I also kept saying to myself "this is only temporary" to keep myself going. Now I rarely have visual hallucinations.
PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

most of the time I know its not real but sometimes im unsure. like its like if I see something out of the ordinary I question it but still see it if that makes sense?

good idea Ill try that.
I always have my phone so watching music videos on that might help.

I'll have to try "keeping the eyes busy" too.
And, I don't know if you've got someone you trust or someone who can ground you at all, like I've only just recently found there's someone I trust enough for it, but if you panic at hallucinations, or feel you can't get a sense on reality, you could try call that person. Or if you're like me and can't do phones, he wrote for me on a piece of paper something simple like "Hey Ril, whatever you're experiencing, I know you are safe, (name)". Even if I didn't feel safe, I know I trust him more than my own perceptions. It may be a useless idea, but it's there in case.
I had hallucinations when I was upset yesterday but I knew they were so was able to let it pass.
When I see people who suddenly vanish I tend to try and ignore it but colours and vanishing people isn't too distressing a hallucination to have I think. I guess it depends on the nature of the hallucinations.
Are you being treated for a mental illness at the moment?
This sounds really distressing, I suggest talking to your support team about it. Perhaps when you're seeing these things practice distractions it mindfulness with things that are present in the room - ie things you can touch and feel. Not sure if that would help, just a suggestion. Please stay safe
Kate, this is part of your illness and I think a part of you knows this.
Could you take yourself to A&E or maybe call the crisis line/someone you trust.
You need to speak to your team x

Thanks guys.
I briefly spoke to my team today and they are gonna book me in to see the psych.
I was worried it was part of my illness but the premonition came true so Im unsure what that means? Like I feel like all my spiritual channels are open and I keep getting headaches like the souls are getting in my head.
I had a hallucination in theraphy today and it really distracted me.
My therapist asked what she should do next time but Im unsure x

I watched a documentary on YouTube about the Boxing Day tidal waves that hit in the South Pacific. One family of British tourists had a son that was hysterical crying the day before the tidal wave hit. The family stayed in their hotel to placate their kid (who they thought was just wigged out for some reason). It turned out the family was safe because of the son. I def know that people have intuition and legit premonitions. I've heard hundreds of stories like the one above. I don't know if you had the same kind or something else. I've had my own distinct premonitions about serious things come true twice. I also have smaller intuitions regularly. They increased as I stopped relying on "feelings" and analysis. Those tend to confuse people more
I find I'm better able to deal with visual hallucinations when I'm well rested and fed. Are you looking after yourself?
yes I eat well but rest has been difficult recently. im not sleeping well since the visuals started. but I don't feel tired so I guess that means its ok.

I say "episode" because that's what my team say (I supposedly have schizoaffective... but yea there could be other reasons) its not what I think.
I am so happy
Im having great spiritual experiences and im channelling and god is talking to me.
I think its faith. That all this time I could be a sharman rather than a mental patient.
does anyone else experience this?
Im loving life right now and I have so much wisdom and im so powerful. why would I want this to end?
my psych wants to medicate me but I love it why would I want to stop it? Why would they say my faith is wrong?
Im under htt and Ive stopped communicating with them. I have an appointment with my psych tomorrow and I don't want to go because he hates happiness and fears power greater than him and will try and medicate me. I don't want that.
im unsure what to do?
has anyone had this?

I don't know what else to really mention other than you should stay communicating with your team bc else they might just section you and I'm sure that's not what you want is it?
Being high in hospital sucks be you're so trapped.
Kate,
Please take your prn. It sounds like your a bit out of ordinary in how high you are. Listen to the dr and maybe medication for a little while may help? Keep trying.
